Started taking genius pre and it works great and doesn’t give you the jitters like other brands I have tried. I would definitely recommend this product!

Best Ingredients

This is one of the few mixes that has proven ingredients without junk, fillers or caffeine. I didn't want fake sweetener either but it seems like a minimum amount was used so it’s acceptable. Never upsets my stomach and it helps with the cardio portion of my workout and recovery. I have been using this everyday and I’m on my 3rd order.

No caffeine

caffeine is caffeine. there's nothing quite like the jolt in energy and boost in focus it gives you. but the side effects are horrible, especially if you work out in the afternoon. 300mg of caffeine in a typical pre-workout... YIKES. Had to cut that out of my life, but maintain my workout intensity. I don't feel my energy increase and my focus is still somewhat spotty, but it gets me through some seriously intense workouts. Placebo? Nootropics? I'm not a genius. But I'll keep taking it before my workouts until I have a reason not to!
