Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any open products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make things right.
To be eligible for reimbursement, please make sure:

Note: If you purchased from a retailer, please return the item to the store where you made the purchase, following their terms and return policy. This website only processes inquiries from orders made via www.thegeniusbrand.com.
Please allow 1 billing cycle for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. The original order information is required for reimbursement.
While we strive to provide 100% consumer satisfaction, in an effort to prevent fraud, we reserve our right to refuse a return or refund if there is malicious intent including repetitive return inquiries. Please note all refunds are limited to $50 per customer and household, and may be subject to restocking or service fees.
