A very good pre-workout. I have the occasional day when my energy and focus aren't up to my standards for weightlifting. This pre-workout does the trick. I mix it up in 12-14 ounces of water and drink it about 20 minutes before my workout. That does the trick. I get a better focus and my mindset is eager to work out. Another thing I like in this Genius pre-workout is the ingredients. It has all of the good additives that I know well in the mix. Beta-Alanine, L-Carnitine, etc. All of these are very good for me when I am working out. The final good thing - it tastes good. The peach flavor is not too strong and it tastes like real peach.
